  • Quadrangle NL 16 Forest Road St. John's, NL, A1C 2B9 Canada (map)

Are you an individual who believes you have ADHD and wants an assessment? Maybe you’re looking for support around the Disability Tax Credit? Or wanting to meet some queer peers?

On Friday March 20th, 1pm-2:30pm stop into Quadrangle NL at 16 Forest Road on the 3rd floor for support in completing an ADHD Assessment Form and/or Disability Tax Credit Application with Tore and Sally. Tore and Sally are part of the Quadrangle NL Community Advisory Board and will be supporting community members to understand and complete forms in our outreach space.

Facilitators bios,
